Metromojo's Service Level Guarantee
Metromojo uses all reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that the Metromojo Web Service is operating and available to customers no less than 99.5% of the time in any calendar month. In the event that a customer experiences any service performance issues due to Metromojo, the customer will be eligible to receive service credits as described in the Service Level Agreement (Metromojo SLA). |

Our host is SAS 70 Type II certified: testimony to the fact that the necessary procedures are in place to fully secure and protect clients' online data. We also employ a complete threat management system for issues of intrusion prevention and protection.
