Metromojo uses all reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that the Metromojo Web Service is op erating and available to customers no less than 99.5% of the time in any calendar month. In the event that a customer experiences any service performance issues due to Metromojo, the customer will be eligible to receive service credits as described in the Service Level Agreement (Metromojo SLA). All of these facilities have been engineered using several redundant layers of security, power, and support. Our co-located network utilizes industry best practices, combined with premium hardware and software components, organized and managed by world-class engineers.
Our host is SAS 70 Type II certified: testimony to the fact that the necessary procedures are in place to fully secure and protect clients' online data. We also employ a complete threat management system for issues of intrusion prevention and protection.
